- To implement and sustain testing services according to Quality Management System requirements of ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 and Dubai Law No. 2 / 2010.
- To monitor the testing process as per relevant testing standard towards building reliability and accurate results delivered to our customers.
- To systematically evaluate and monitor the testing activities performance to assure the requirement of Quality Management System of ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
- To strive for continuous improvements through systematic identification of the root causes behind the non-conformities and subsequent elimination of the same.
- To ensure the involvement and upgrading the skills of the employees through training.
- To maintain and protect confidentiality and proprietary rights of the customers.
- Continually improving the Quality Management System, technical performance process and efficiency.
